Sharp gave a boost to its Aquos line-up and introduced the next level SE94 series including the 65-inch LC-65SE94U, 52-inch LC-52SE94U and 46-inch LC-46SE94U. This high-end combination of best-in-class picture quality with a distinguished new Cornerstone design sets Sharp ahead of the competition. The eye-catching corner accents and detachable bottom speakers match the modern home decor and equally possess incredible AQUOS Net capability, which means instant access to customized Web-based content as well as real-time customer support with lightning speed.
The Special Edition 94U line features 27,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 120Hz frame rate, 120Hz frame rate conversion, number of 1080p-compatible inputs including three HDMI, two component video inputs, an RS-232C port for custom installations, and a dedicated PC input. Incorporation of ATSC, QAM and NTSC tuners provide access to analog and digital programming available over the air and via cable TV providers. It carries a detachable table stand for wall mounting flexibility. New backlight system in Sharp’s latest ASV panel makes it 28% slimmer than the previous generation and 9% lighter, which captivates for a while.
The company is further planning to deliver Power Line Communications (PLC) adapters for an easy-to-install solution. The 65-inch LC-65SE94U model will be available this month for $10,999, the 52-inch soon after for $4,199, and the 46-inch will follow in February for $3,199.
